Sweep provides growth channel services including outreach strategy, paid acquisition, and revenue optimization. Scope, deliverables, and fees are agreed in writing before work begins.
We do not guarantee specific results. Growth outcomes depend on factors outside our control. We commit to best-effort, transparent work throughout every engagement.
Materials and assets we produce for you become your property upon full payment. Our internal frameworks and processes remain the property of Sweep.
Sweep's liability for any claim is limited to fees paid in the three months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Either party may terminate with 14 days written notice. Work completed up to termination is invoiced at the agreed rate.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York.
